Hello, I am happy to share my experience and knowledge as a computer engineer, I have more than 12 years of experience, and I worked for big companies like HSBC, Telcel, Grupo Mexico, and SAT, Now I am working in production support and freelancer.
My experience is:
As an Analyst and developer, I worked in HSBC, Telcel, and SAT using Java, Oracle, Service Desk, PAM, JavaScript, and SQL Server. During that period I migrate the system from old technology to Java, I created Shell, stored procedures, triggers, and views.
I worked as a team leader in an SCM company during that period I went to the company and I found some tasks that they did use basic technology, I proposed systems and implemented them using Oracle, Java, and JavaScript.
I am working as a production support now, I solve bugs in real-time; I understand databases, programs, Web Services, Service Desk, and PAM.
