Solid knowledge of Macintosh and Windows Operating Systems.
Clear understanding of Copyrights and Creative Commons licenses. Experience working nationally and internationally, with respect for various cultures.
Ability to speak and read Spanish.
Well versed in The Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Illustrator.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent reading and writing skills, previous editing and proofreading experience.
Working familiarity with government proposals and desktop publishing systems.
Ability to identify key components of an RFP and use them to develop a customized checklist, style manual, acronym list, and other tools to ensure compliance for each proposal effort.
Exceptional written communication skills, including conveying technical information and complicated ideas into language and concepts easily understood by others, proper grammar, and editing skills.
Exercise tact and diplomacy of a professional nature.
