I am a Bachelor of Science Graduate with a Diploma in Secretarial Administration and Human Resources & Administration Management and 10+ years’ work experience in managing Executive Office and Department Administration both in office and remotely/virtually.
Currently, I am working as Virtual Personal Assistant where I am tasked with providing Secretarial and Administrative support to Senior Executives and Staff in areas such as Calendar / Diary Management, updating Executive’s daily schedule, preparing meeting’s agenda and provide background information among other Executive administration support duties. Highlight of my background includes;
Expertise in maintaining Office services by organizing Office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence and designing filing / documents retrieval systems, records and database management, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets).
Executive-support tasks; booking appointments, diary management, preparing travel itineraries and controlling / monitoring Executive Office expenditure.
Front Office Management; – delivering a friendly, efficient customer service while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the Company guests.
Proficient in Microsoft applications and software applications for database management, note taking, scheduling and creating slide presentations for meetings.
Highly organized with the capacity to manage several tasks simultaneously, flexible and willing to assume a range of unanticipated assignments.

Work Terms
