I can do data entry, web research, lead generation and any virtual assistant jobs such as looking for contact information like emails or phone number, sending emails, creating posts on Facebook, posting ads on Craigslist, finding companies of any industry, converting or editing files, etc.

I am always online and can be reached easily on email, skype, Google hangout, whatsapp and voxer.

Real Estate:

I can find leads on Craigslist, Zillow, Owners, Zoopla, Rightmove, Gumtree, The Gazette, Preloved etc. I can post ads, pull comps using MLS systems, get estimate values on sites like Eppraisal, bids on HUD and collect data from assessor. I can scrape tax delinquents leads, probate leads, negative equity leads and contact private sellers on any site by email or by textlocal. I can do a little bit of skip tracing as well by using post paid websites or free sites. But i can't make or take any calls yet.

I can use Podio very well.

E-commerce:

I can check websites to compare prices, get UPC Codes or any product information from manufacturing or retailer sites, edit or add data on Big Commerce and handle social media accounts like Facebook, Instagram or Twitter

I can scrape or data mine any website manually.
