I have been in the customer service industry for over six years now.
I have worked as an administrative assistant for four years.I was also the one responsible with all the interviews and salary/schedule management.
I am a fast learner, proficient with MS Office and MS Excel. I am a multi-tasker.

My previous experiences includes managing Gmail accounts for responding to our customers in a timely manner, live chat using Comm 100 and Tawk.to, Authorize.net for charging, re-billing and refunding customers. Using google voice and Zoiper for making inbound and outbound international calls, handling pre-sales, order processing for Amazon and Ebay to post sales customer support.

I am hardworking.I have a high tolerance for tedium since I always want my work to be excellent. Most of all, I have a good work ethic, including positive interpersonal skills and I believe these qualities make me a reliable worker.
