I have worked as a government contractor for over 20 years and have managed every type of project imaginable from very small and limited resource scoped to multimillion projects with congressional oversight. I've worked on projects that were international and learned to overcome the hurdles associated in dealing with foreign governments.
Some of my skills are proposal writing, budgeting, site surveys, site decommissions, master scheduling, recruiting, logistics and contract modification negotiations.
I believe in an honest day's work for an honest day's pay and attention to detail.
I enjoy the challenge of starting a project from scratch and seeing it thru to its completion.
As a government contractor I've provided customer service for some of the world's toughest customers and embraced my role as a consultant. My job was to provide the best possible options and explain why these were the best options but also to accept when the customer decided on a different course of action and then carry out their instructions whole heartedly and with the utmost professionalism.

Work Terms

My work hours are flexible and pay/payment should be agreed upon depending on scope of assignment/project.
