Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I am available for work from Monday to Sunday, between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM (GMT+0). However, I am flexible and can accommodate urgent tasks outside these hours upon prior agreement.

Payment Terms:
Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the project. I accept payments via PayPal or bank transfer. For larger projects, a deposit may be required upfront, with the remaining balance payable upon project completion. Invoices will be provided for all services rendered.

Preferred Communication:
I prefer communication via email for initial inquiries and project discussions. For ongoing projects, I am available for communication via email, Skype, or Slack. I strive to respond to all messages and emails within 24 hours during weekdays.

Project Communication:
Project updates and communication will be facilitated through regular progress reports and milestone meetings. I use project management tools like Trello or Asana to track tasks and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Feedback and Revisions:
Client satisfaction is paramount, and I welcome feedback throughout the project. I offer a reasonable number of revisions within the scope of the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur additional charges.

Scope Creep:
Any changes or additions to the project scope must be communicated and approved in writing. I will provide a revised project timeline and cost estimate for any changes requested by the client.

Confidentiality:
I understand the importance of confidentiality and will treat all project-related information with the utmost discretion. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be arranged upon request to ensure the protection of sensitive information.

Termination Clause:
Either party may terminate the contract with a 30-day notice period. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.
