With my previous work experiences for 11 years from different companies as Rates Specialist/Customer Service Representative/Travel Consultant and Reservations Agent, I have been providing clients the quality of service and efficiency they require.
I am skilled in email and over the phone communication. As a Rates Specialist with the moving & relocation industry, I always work via email and Skype with colleagues, agents or suppliers and with the bosses. I do not close any doors for new learnings and improvements. I am also responsible in providing accurate quotation to our private and corporate clients through the ReloAssist System and via email.
As a Reservations Officer/Travel consultant, I am very careful and accurate to client’s needs because one mistake can ruin their travel itinerary. I had made some mistakes or errors in the booking system, but I always see to it that I can handle and manage the situation properly.
I had been trained as well with the English Communication Skills when I was in Telus International Philippines, Inc. (under Telus Canada) to become a Customer Service Representative for FFH Care Account. I have handled different kinds of clients and dealing with them takes great responsibility for customer satisfaction, making them happy after the conversation.
I love reading, watching movies, and spend time with my family. My favorite author is Dan Brown and I have read most of his books and his novel, Deception Point is my favorite.
