About

My mission is to help my clients make their campaigns successful.

I would like to offer my 10 years of combined experience in customer service, technical support, telemarketing/telesales, lead generation and appointment setting.

I was part of the call center industry for seven years where I started as a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative. In this role, I honed my skills in assisting customers of all kinds and developed the ability to make sure that customers are always satisfied with the way that assist them. I got promoted as a Coach and Team Lead where I got the chance to handle my own team of 18 representatives.

I have been working as a freelancer since 2014. I worked as a Telemarketer/Inside Sales Agent to various real estate agents and realtors in the US. I also worked as a Sales Agent handling inbound and outbound phone sales as well as LiveChat phone sales.

I am dedicated and passionate in everything that I do. I always give my 100% commitment to getting the job done right and on time. I am also a fast learner and I can work with minimal supervision. Most importantly, I put a high value to integrity.
