  Roy worked with me on a group of very complex projects at Kimball Hill Homes, one of the larger home builders in the U.S. There was a need to not only implement the Lotus Notes/Domino email solutions, but also to facilitate the distribution of management reports to Kimball Hill's various regional of

  fices. Prior to deploying this new feature, KHH had to print these reports and send them via FedEx or UPS. The ability to deliver them electronically resulted in KHH recognizing a full return on their investment within a year, just based on the bills from those two carriers alone. Another, even more difficult project was integrating their accounting and subcontractor management systems to the Domino platform. It provided KHH to deploy all the details regarding the construction of a house to the project managers in charge of the various subdivisions. This resulted in probably a 15% reduction in headcount at the home office accounting department.
