I actively pursue solutions to clients' problems in a high context approach to finding root problems and implementing sustainable corrections in management and procedures.
My background is highly varied but all centers on a level of executive troubleshooting and management solutions to intractable problems.
Where others shy away or avoid the high profile challenges I take on, I see and execute a sure footed journey to solutions that result in satisfied clients and stakeholders as well as empowering staff and others into excellent performance.

I am demanding of extraordinary performance of myself and my team, and we all focus on the business objectives to excel, produce quality work and make money. Most staff admit they never worked as hard as they did with my direction, and they were amazed at how productive they could be with the direction and coaching I have provided.
This level of professional performance is due to my broad, high context approach to understanding the relevant issues of a situation, and my Socratic Approach to manage outcomes that rely on the efforts of others as well as myself.
I am able to be the liaison between disparate and factious stakeholders, and find the commonality of the overall issue thus bringing solutions buy in and efficient application of resources.
Work Terms
I also manage the western operations of US-based firm, with some international ventures. However, with certain limitations, I can direct my efforts to solving other client's problems in a timely fashion.
I normally require an up front retainer, negotiated on the expected demands of the project and from there present a scope of work, required information and schedule.
Progress payments are required and interactive dialog with the client insures we are on track to finding and implementing a solution.
What I find is that most problems are miss-diagnosed and we need to break down the issues to understand those that are controllable (dependent variables) and those that are not controllable (independent variables.)
So this requires open dialog, candor and willingness to explore the true issues.
For this, I expect to be paid and referred to similar clients to expand my business reach. Maximum of 50 hours per week. Assignment on site is not anticipated but any travel is 100% the responsibility of the client including transportation, housing and meals. I have the ability to be a quick study and frequently am called upon to be an ad hoc presenter to professional forums and study groups.
Travel commitments beyond 3 day intervals require advanced notice.
