Work Terms
Communication:
I am available for communication via Guru messaging and Zoom/Skype. Regular updates will be provided throughout the project.
Project Scope & Timeline:
The project scope will be clearly defined before starting. Any additional requests beyond the initial agreement may affect the timeline and cost. I strive to deliver milestones and complete the project within the agreed timeframe.
Payment Terms:
Payments will be processed through Guru's SafePay system. For fixed-price projects, payments will be divided into milestones, with each milestone funded upfront and released upon completion. For hourly projects, invoices will be sent weekly, with payment expected within 7 days.
Revisions:
I offer a specific number of revisions as outlined in the agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges depending on the complexity.
Confidentiality:
All shared information will remain confidential. I’m willing to sign an NDA if required.
Ownership & Rights:
Once full payment is received, all project deliverables will become the client's property. I may showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Support:
Post-project support is available for a period specified in the agreement. Extended support can be arranged if needed.
Cancellation Policy:
If the project is canceled before completion, payment for the work completed up to that point will be retained.
