About

Having a Bachelor Degree in IT combined with more than six years of experience in Customer Service, I can help you deliver world class resolution to your customers.

I am a graduate with specialization in Information Technology, a program of study in the field of software development, testing, engineering; multimedia; database management; networking and troubleshooting; and computer systems.

After i graduated in 2012, I landed my first job as Customer Service Representative in Clark, Philippines (supporting North American Logistics Company). In 2014, I was given special assignments: 1. Acting Team Leader for the company's seasonal account; 2. Support Desk (Level 2 Escalations).

Few months after my special assignments (May 2015), I was promoted as Team Leader - taking the lead in developing a strategy the team will use to reach its goal, providing any training that team members need, communicating clear instructions to team members, listening to team members' feedback, monitoring team members' participation to ensure the training they were provided is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed. Consecutively, I was given another opportunity to handle the company's seasonal account from November 2015 towards the first quarter of 2016.

In 2016, I got another promotion as Team Manager - responsible for the day-to-day activities and guidance of his team member, setting targets, implementing guidelines, and assisting with any issues the employees may have, managing the flow of day-to-day operations, creating reports to update the company on the team's progress and distribute reports to the appropriate personnel.

Today, I am continuing my career with an Australian Company in Clark as Client Experience Team Leader - responsible for managing day-to-day operations of assigned clients; managing a team of employees in consultation with HR; monitoring and setting up of metrics and attendance; identifying new opportunities for client revenue growth including new positions and/or new training programs; and the like.
