I have been a support for 3 years now. I have done data entry jobs as a Marketing Staff for a year. I have also experienced working as a Web Developer where we create and modify visually appealing website with clear navigation. I have 2 years experience as a Business Process Associate that serves as an operational support. We complete requests / transactions productively and accurately to meet Service Levels set by the management with the business unit. We handle a wide variety of transactions from data entry of simple to complex financial transactions ranging from payments, disbursements; updating of licenses and appointment, indexing documents and providing day-to-day administrative support for both internal and external customers. Our job also requires good communication skills especially in communicating with representatives to relay and update information regarding the ongoing transaction.
