My area is just not limited to writing the proposal. I act like a bridge between service provider and client. I help my clients to search more appropriate software vendors across the globe with the assurance of 99.9% delivery.

My Role:
1. Creating the functional detail of client's Project requirement/ Feature Listing
2. Creating the non-functional prototype for the project
3. Estimating the project cost
4. Helps the client to setup project budget
5. Assist the client in signing NDA, Agreement or any other document
6. Build decision models and rule families while ensuring re usability across applications
7. Assist in the business decision/rules design to ensure rules reflect the business intent and result in the desired business behavior
8. Work closely with internal and external business units and serve as the representative to clients and other interested parties
9. Assist with on-going DECISION maintenance and future development
10. Assist the client in outsourcing their project to the appropriate vendor
11. Vendor selection based on project requirements
12. Submit day to day report to client
