I work best with an asynchronous and distributed communication style team, though I can be available for occasional conferences. I have a limited number of hours per week. For the most cost efficient projects performance, I am best utilized to oversee other team members or contractors, design projects, write easily maintainable application or automation software, lay down proper groundwork or design "prior art" for other developers to build upon.
