Work Terms
HQ is West Coast USA, so for the most part, we operate Pacific Standard Time. However, RSD has team members all over the world so we are able to work whatever time is needed. We use Skype for meetings. Our method of payment is PayPal in USD. We set milestones for large projects and payment is needed when a milestone is met. Depending on the type of project, a payment is also needed up front
