I work for a BPO company that caters telecom. Im pretty sure you know how it works dealing with frustrated customers about billing, network issues and device issues all of these you have to be patient and expalin everything to get an approval rate of a satisfied customer and this is how i was trained to make sure both customer and client be satisfied with a job well done.
Work Terms
I would prefer working on A Sunday, Monday, Tuesday American time.
