I am equipped with 8 years of professional experience and training on outbound sales, lead generation/appointment setting, inbound/outbound customer support, chat and email support/ Team management and Training for both US and Australian Markets in the BPO industry.

I have been working as an independent contractor for almost 3 years now. I ventured in the freelancing industry back in 2014 because I wanted to spend more time with my growing family and earn money at the same time.

My first project as a freelancer was with a Merchant Services Company that sells credit card processors or POS to businesses in the US. I was then a sales team manager of 10 people. One of my main responsibilities is to make sure that my team is hitting the daily sales goal while adhering to compliance guidelines. The second major project I handled was the social media aspect of a food app for another client. I was given the task of handling social media platforms such as FB, IG, and Pinterest.

Currently, I am working part time as a virtual assistant for a New York based company. I handle various tasks from a simple phone call to promoting sweepstakes to more than 500 sites.
