Hi, my name is Rui.
My path wasn't always straightforward. As i was finishing university i understood my studies and knowledges weren't the strong base that i thought they were.. I didn't know myself and my work experience was close to zero. So i took some time to myself and decided to know myself and what i wanted. I quickly identified that i wasn't very good at dealing with people, so i took a sales job and then another sales job until i felt comfortable with the knowledges of effective communication, adapting to different personalities, conflict resolution and working under stress.

As i felt "safe" in my understanding of people it was time to be a marketeer and use my creativity to excel at companies, make changes, solutions, drive growth. Well, that wasn't as "pretty" and easy as i thought as there were many other variables to consider.

My time and my experience, with different companies and people, showed me i was good in something: to plan, create and apply until i'm able to fix most of the flaws that were holding the innovation, growth and profitability of a company.

I also love to drive, nature and people.
