Positivity is the key to Success
Been with the Call Center Industry for 5 years and some months. I've Handled 3 accounts already, First one was about PRISON or INMATE CALLING. I was a Customer Service Representative and helping customers about their concerns and I am part of activation team as well and been with the company for 2 years. Second account was about BANK FORECLOSURE HOUSES and RENT TO OWN HOUSES, I was a Sales Representative and helping customers to find the houses that they want and process payments, Been with the company for 1 year. My recent account that I've handle was about CABLE INTERNET And PHONE providers in USA. I am a Sales Consultant and we sell cable, internet and phone providers and i can say that this is a HARD SELLING ACCOUNT because we process payment or pulling up credit card details and run credit check to see if the customer is eligible for the service and been with the company for about 3 years.
I have Very funny and friendly personality which makes me a great team player. I bring positive attitude and passion to my work.
