My favourite fiction to write lies somewhere in the intersection of fantasy, historical fiction, horror, and the resurrection of folklore. I am captivated by folktales, legends and myths, and am fascinated by ancient civilizations and tragic mysteries from the past. I live for research... though I hope I don't live to regret that statement!

I strive for the sublime when carving out lyrical beauty from a passage of words - yet am dedicated to ruthless editing.

I moved to Cardiff from Ireland in 2019, and write here with several writers' circles. I was published in the Roath Writers' 2019 poetry anthology, and won the externally judged short story competition for 2019 at Cardiff Writers' Circle.
