My goal is to help you reach your fitness goals, without needing to overhaul your entire life to do so.
I'm especially interested in helping people who are not typical outdoorsy, active people but who like the gym and want to either get stronger, lose body fat or both.
I enjoy designing & building effective training solutions, which do not require my clients to spend their entire lives in the gym. My goal is to help clients lose body fat sustainably, and without crash dieting or overly restrictive eating plans by gradually introducing slow but long-term stable changes, so that clients are never overwhelmed with the process.
