Work Terms

1. Availability:

I am available for projects [mention your preferred working hours, e.g., Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM IST].

Open to urgent or time-sensitive projects with prior discussion.


2. Communication:

I prefer communication via Guru's messaging platform, email, or video calls (if required).

Regular updates and milestones will be shared during the project to ensure alignment with your vision.


3. Payment Terms:

Milestone-Based Payments: Payments are structured around project milestones. Each milestone will be discussed and approved before moving forward.

50% Advance: For larger projects, 50% advance is required to begin work, with the remaining amount due upon completion.

Secure payments through Guru SafePay to ensure mutual trust.


4. Revisions Policy:

I offer up to 2-3 free revisions per project to ensure your satisfaction. Additional revisions will be charged at 20$/hour or per revision].


5. Deliverables:

High-quality audio files (MP3/WAV) for music production.

Lyric documents (Word/PDF) for songwriting projects.

Project files (if agreed upon) at an additional cost.


6. Turnaround Time:

Turnaround time depends on the scope and complexity of the project. Typically:

Songwriting: 3-5 days per song.

Music Production: 7-14 days per track.


Tight deadlines can be accommodated with prior discussion.


7. Ownership & Copyright:

Ownership and copyright details will be discussed and agreed upon before starting the project.

I retain the right to showcase non-exclusive work in my portfolio unless explicitly stated otherwise.


8. Cancellation & Refunds:

If the project is canceled midway, a refund will be issued for incomplete milestones, minus any work already delivered.

No refunds will be provided after the final delivery.


9. Additional Services:

Lyric editing and song arrangement are available at an additional cost.

Mixing and mastering services can be added upon request.
