Standard Business Terms:- All payments by escrow safe payments system.

Payment terms and conditions:
- 20% Payment upon wire-frame approval
- 20% Payment upon prototype approval.
- 40% Payment after User Acceptance Test.
- 20% Payment after handing over the source.

Our Responsibility:
- Daily status report.
- Weekly status reporting.
- Regular meeting to achieve more transparency.
- Code repository: Github, BitBucket, SVN.
- Quality Assurance.
- Source code deployment to live server.
- 1 month Technical support for bug fixing.

Work Terms:
- We expect response from the customer for the queries we raise in 24 hrs for speedy development.
- We expect the customer to be transparent in communication to avoid communication problems.
