Work Terms for Video Editing Services

1. Hours of Operation:

I operate 24/7 Hours.

2. Communication:

I prefer communication through the Guru Freelancer platform's messaging system for project-related discussions and updates.

Scheduled video conferences and calls can be arranged upon request.

3. Payment Terms:

My standard payment terms are as follows:
Payment Method: I accept payments through Guru Freelancer's payment system, which ensures security and transparency.
Payment Schedule: For projects under $500, I require full payment upfront. For larger projects, a 50% upfront payment is required, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion.
Milestones: Depending on the project's scope, we can agree upon milestones where payments are made at specific project completion points.
Additional Costs: Any expenses such as stock footage, music licenses, or software licenses required for the project will be billed separately and should be reimbursed in full.
4. Project Scope:

Before initiating any project, we will define the scope, timeline, and deliverables in a written agreement or project proposal. Any changes to the project scope may result in adjustments to the timeline and cost, subject to mutual agreement.
5. Revisions and Feedback:

I am committed to delivering high-quality work. I typically include a reasonable number of revisions in my service, as agreed upon in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number may incur additional charges.
