Work Terms

**Scope of Work**
The project deliverables will strictly align with the agreed-upon project scope. Any additional requirements or changes will be considered out-of-scope and billed separately.

**Payment Terms**
A 30% deposit is required to commence work.
40% is due after the initial setup is completed.
The final 30% is payable upon project completion and delivery.

**Communication and Updates**
Daily updates will be provided every working day through preferred platforms like Slack or Trello etc.
Urgent inquiries will be addressed within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and holidays.

**Revisions Policy**
The project includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions.
Additional revisions will be charged based on the time and complexity of the task.

**Timelines and Delays**
Timelines may be adjusted if there are delays in receiving required feedback, approvals, or resources from the client.

**Intellectual Property**
All intellectual property rights for the deliverables will be transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment.

**Confidentiality**
All client data and project details will remain confidential unless explicit written consent is provided.

**Termination Policy**
If the client wishes to terminate the project, payment is required for all work completed up to the termination date.

**Dispute Resolution**
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation before pursuing legal action.
