1. Project Scope
- Deliverables: Includes user research, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and usability testing reports.
- Exclusions: Extra features or changes not listed will incur additional costs.
- Revisions: Two rounds included per deliverable; extra revisions at $25/hour.
2. Communication
- Primary Contact: WhatsApp.
- Response Time: Replies within 24 hours on business days. For urgent matters, use phone no.

3. Timelines
- Timeline: Estimated at [e.g., 6 weeks], divided as follows:
- Research: [e.g., 1 week]
- Wireframes/Prototypes: [e.g., 2 weeks]
- Visual Design: [e.g., 2 weeks]
- Testing/Revisions: [e.g., 1 week]
- Deadlines: Timelines are subject to client feedback.
4. Payment Terms
- Rate: $25 per hour.
- Installments:
- 30% upfront
- 30% after wireframes/prototypes
- 40% upon final delivery
- Methods: bank transfer, PayPal.
- Late Fees:1.5% per week overdue.
5. Confidentiality
- Non-Disclosure: All information is confidential unless written consent is provided.
- Ownership: Deliverables are the client’s property after full payment. I may include work in my portfolio.
6. Termination
- Cancellation: Two weeks' written notice is required. The client pays for work done up to termination.
- Refunds: Based on work completed.
7. Additional Terms
- Feedback: Must be given within 3 business days.
- Liability: Not liable for indirect damages; client ensures designs meet requirements.
8. Agreement
By starting the project, both parties agree to these terms. Changes must be in writing.
