Trust is very important in this line of work and competent engineers are hard to find who think outside of the box for solutions. Sachin is one of those rare engineers who possess those two qualities, skills and more. I am very happy and lucky to have had the opportunity to hire him and will continue asking for his help to deliver us unique solutions in the near future.
