- Clear and detailed project requirements should be provided to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
- Any changes to the project scope would need to be communicated and agreed upon in writing.
- Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before any project begins.
Payments should be made as soon as possible according to the agreed-upon schedule to avoid any disruptions in service delivery.
- All client information and project details will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
- Any proprietary information shared during the project will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit permission.
- I encourage constructive feedback to ensure the final deliverables meet your expectations.
- Reasonable revisions will be accommodated according to the terms we agreed.

- Any outstanding payments for work completed up to the termination date must be settled in case of termination.
- Any disputes arising from the work terms or services provided will be handled through professional and amicable discussion.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to a neutral third party for mediation.
