I am a native Norwegian translator living in Lofoten, Norway. I have a diverse professional background, working both as a special needs caregiver and as a deputy manager in a restaurant, before I moved to Lofoten and started my career as a freelance translator, proofreader and article writer.

I am passionate about languages, and I have spent several years traveling and improving my English skills. I'm meticulous about my work; I strive to make my translations sound natural and avoid literal translations, I proofread and edit all my texts, and I have an eye for details. But I'm also effective, and can usually work with a quick turnaround - without sacrificing quality.
Communication is very important to me; I listen carefully to my clients needs and I ask when I'm unsure.
