• Billing Related all activity
• Maintaining all the Inward / Outward letter & also emails record
• Preparation of Civil Work Bill as Per Tender
• Submission of bill to the Account Department with document for RTGS/Cheque
• Billing Related all activity
• Providing Weekly & Monthly billing reports to higher authority
• Updating the database and record keeping
• Checking completeness of the files of each Department/Contractor & Consultant
• Data filling of the involved organization

Work Terms

Part Time Work
