I’m an advisory professional and an entrepreneur with multi-disciplinary expertise from Finance, Corporate Strategy and building businesses in the technoclogy and non-tech space. I have extensive experience with financial modeling, analysis, pitchdecks and other dataroom materials, having worked on several deals for startups and mid-sized firms worth over $50 million in financing.
My services include delivering CIM's, Business Plans, Investor Presentations, Financial Models, Company Valuations, Resource Planning, Investment Analyses and Due Diligence and have over 11 years experience in the field.
After working in investment banking in Dubai on deal execution on private placements and M&A's, I co-founded a financial advisory firm in Dubai. I have advised startups as well as mid-market firms globally across a multitude of sectors like Manufacturing, Hospitality (F&B), Medical Devices, Mobility, Education, Financial Technology, Internet/ SaaS Startups etc. I delivered CIM's, Investor Presentations and Financial Models/ Valuations to clients for raising equity as well as for other purposes.

Work Terms
Flexible pricing. We work at an hourly rate which is determined by the scope of the project and tasks it entails. Flat Fees for a complete assignment can be agreed upon depending on the scale and scope of the same. Typical business terms are as follows:
50% retainer (for a typical project of about $1000 USD)
30% on draft submission
20% on Final Submission (After revisions and client approvals)
