Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
Available Monday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+4). I can accommodate urgent requests and different time zones with prior notice.
Payment Terms:
• Preferred method: Guru’s SafePay Escrow.
• Fixed-price projects: 50% upfront, remaining balance upon completion.
• Hourly projects: Weekly invoices, payment due within 7 days.
Preferred Communication:
• Via Guru messaging or video conferencing (Zoom, Skype).
• Clear, prompt, and professional communication.
• Regular updates as per agreed schedule.
Project Workflow:
1. Initial Consultation: We will discuss your project requirements, goals, and expectations.
2. Proposal & Agreement: I will provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and costs.
3. Project Execution: Work will start upon agreement and receipt of the initial payment. Regular updates will be provided.
4. Review & Feedback: You will have the opportunity to review the work and give feedback for any necessary revisions.
5. Final Delivery: Upon approval, the final deliverables will be provided, and the remaining payment will be processed.
Revision Policy:
• Two rounds of revisions included.
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
