1. Project Scope & Deliverables
• Clear Scope: I begin each project with a detailed discussion to establish clear goals, deliverables, and milestones.
• Deliverables: Final files are provided in your agreed-upon formats (e.g., MP4, MOV, PNG sequences, etc.) and include both low-resolution proofs and high-resolution final outputs.

2. Timeline & Milestones
• Project Timeline: I provide an estimated timeline after discussing the project details.
• Milestones: Work is divided into stages (concept, draft, final revisions) with approvals required at each stage to ensure quality and alignment with your vision.

3. Revisions & Feedback
• Revisions: I offer up to 2 rounds of revisions included in the quoted price. Additional revisions may incur a small fee.
• Feedback: Timely and clear feedback is essential. I appreciate structured feedback to streamline the revision process.

4. Payment Terms
• Initial Deposit: A deposit (typically 30-50% of the total project cost) is required before starting the work.
• Milestone Payments: Payment is structured based on project milestones.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon final approval and delivery of all project assets.

5. Communication
• Regular Updates: I commit to regular updates throughout the project via your preferred communication channel
• Response Time: I strive to respond to queries and feedback within 24 hours on weekdays.

6. Intellectual Property & Rights
• Usage Rights: Upon full payment, you receive the rights to use the final deliverables for your project.
• Portfolio Use: I reserve the right to showcase the final project in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellation: If a project is cancelled before completion, any work completed to date will be invoiced accordingly, and the deposit may be non-refundable depending on the cancellation timeline.
