Work Terms

Communication:

I am available for regular communication via Guru’s messaging system, email, or video calls.
I believe in maintaining clear and transparent communication to ensure all project requirements are met and expectations are aligned.
Project Scope:

The project scope should be clearly defined before starting. Any major changes or additions to the scope will be discussed and may result in additional charges.
I will provide a detailed estimate and timeline after understanding the full requirements.
Payment Terms:

Payment is generally structured as follows:
Hourly projects: Payment is due based on the number of hours worked, and I will submit regular updates for review.
Fixed-price projects: A deposit (usually 25%-50%) is required before starting the project. The remaining balance will be due upon project completion or based on milestones.
I accept payments through Guru’s secure platform. Payments should be made according to the agreed schedule.
Delivery Time:

Delivery timelines will be discussed and agreed upon at the beginning of the project based on its complexity.
I strive to meet deadlines and will keep you updated on progress. If any delays are anticipated, I will communicate this promptly.
Revisions:

I offer a certain number of revisions based on the project type and complexity. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may be subject to extra charges.
I want you to be completely satisfied with the final result, so feedback and revisions are encouraged during the process.
Confidentiality:

All information shared with me will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
I can also sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if needed.
Project Ownership:

Upon full payment, the website and all its content will belong to you. You will have full rights to your website’s design and code.
However, if any third-party libraries, plugins, or assets are used, the licensing terms for those will apply.
