Sakhalia Net Project expertise in content creation and displaying provides the general public with a quality content network supported by top programming, writing and graphical techniques.

I am a self-taught creative technician. I have created the mark Sakhalia Net Project to represent my creations and services on the internet. I am a hardened worker in the fields of programming, graphical editing and redaction. I choose to create my own solutions rather than using solutions made by others. I am a perfectionist and dislike mediocrity. I value uniqueness.

Work Terms

I work part-time almost everyday. I may charge pay rates as low as 6 euros/hour, and somewhat higher if necessary. I demand to be paid through PayPal and to receive a part of the budget beforehand to start the work. PayPal grants reimbursement warranties to unsatisfied customers. Besides, I expect customers to be able to explain with clarity what they want. If they can make my work easier, the budget can be smaller.
