Work Terms

Business Hours
I am generally available for work, email contact, messaging and telephone/Skype calls during standard business hours, Monday to Saturday from 9.00 a.m to 10.00 p.m GMT + 01.00

Chargeable Hours
Any agreed service including schedule telephone/Skype calls, falls under chargeable hours. However, any written communication with the client, such as email and text messages, will not be billed.

Communication
Email is preferred, but texting messaging through Whatsapp, Telegram, SMS or Skype is acceptable. Telephone/Skype calls are always planned in advance to avoid any possible interferences. I respond to non-urgent emails within a day or on the first working day and to urgent emails as soon as I can.

Monthly Retainer Package
Hours that not used by the end of the month will generally not be carried over to the next month. In the case of exceptional circumstances, however, unused hours can be used at a later time or may be deducted all together. It’s possible to request extra hours for a monthly package at the standard rate of £11.97/$15/€13.43 per hour (exclusive of VAT). Of course, extra hours are used only when requested, so ther’s no need to worry of unexpected invoices. If a change in the number of hours in a monthly package is desired, I kindly request you to provide a notice of at least 30 days before the start of the month.

Payment Method
Payments can be made via Payooner (preferred) or bank transfer. If you wish to pay in a different way, please let me know of your preferred payment option.

Policy & Price Changes
I reserve the right to change this policy and the prices of my services. I may occasionally update this policy and will timely notify my clients if there are significant changes. In the case of a change in price, clients will receive notice 30 days before any changes become effective.
