Virtual Assistant and Auto-cad Draftsman
This is Salman khan have excellent experience of Operational Manager/Office Assistant/Admin and Auto-cad draftsman. I did my job ten(10) years in Saudi Arabia and two years in Pakistan, in my total 12-year carrier I work as an Operational Manager and auto-cad draftsman.
As an operational manager/Office Assistant I was responsible to manage office meetings, daily check emails and their replay, office documentation, maintain CRM(Customer Relationship Management), the satisfaction of clients, maintain a social network of the company, generate invoices, make payments and their receipt, maintain stocks, make daily, weekly and monthly stock reports, follow up to the current and dead customers, data analyze on daily basis and maintain the accounts of all clients.
As an expert of Photoshop, I can change picture background easily, edit the picture, adjustment color of the picture, insert text, edit text, filter picture, make a cover photo for youtube channels and advertisement and many more.................
As Draftsman, I will design house projects (new construction or renovation) floor plans and elevations. In my duties draw a floor plan, elevations, site plans, electrical, framing plans. plumbing plans, cabinet details, 3d modeling, etc.
I have completed well over 300+ projects over the last 12 years. This gives me a unique perspective of design, cost, and actual construction techniques. I tend to work with many "self-contractors" and residential contractors providing them oversight and perspective even during the build process.
