I have taken 12 years of experience in the professional services field to form my own brand, SSM Solutions. My chief areas of service are resume writing, transcription, proofreading and editing, social media management and office assistance (virtual and brick and mortar). I pride myself on making my service the perfect balance of thorough and prompt. Because everyone's needs are different, I like to get to know my clients as professionals and as people. The best part of my work is knowing that my services helped to make things a little better for the next person, be it forwarding themselves in their careers, in their businesses or simply easing some of their burden.
