Hi! My name is Sam. I'm an entry-level Java and Scala developer who is also learning Elixir at the moment. I really love to play games, talk, help people out and learn new technologies. I'm very, very passionate about space and physics and plan to further my physics capabilities in university.

I lack a source of income at the moment so I have taken to free-lancing. I get to do something I'm passionate about and good at, while also earning money - a win win situation.

Work Terms

I live in the United Kingdom and thus I'm happy to work any time from the early morning to the early evening in the GMT/BST timezone. I very much prefer to be paid hourly but I will accept budget payments so long as the budget is reasonable for the scale of the project. The budget in my job descriptions assumes 20 hours of work but the budget can be lowered if the scale of the project is smaller than that.

The most active platform I communicate on is Discord, but I have accounts on many different platforms and can just use e-mail too. This is entirely negotiable and will be discussed if you choose to hire me. Direct phone contact is also perfectly fine.

I guarantee that I will work a minimum of several hours a day. Breaks are a given but won't be any more than if this was a job with a salary.
