Dialogue UX Designer for Chatbots

Hello,

Unlike other developers in the chatbot industry who primarily come from a tech or programming background, I have spent the last 20 years as a writer.

I have written books, screenplays, and a wide gamut of non-fiction material. I first became interested in chatbots in 2016 when I realized that they were the perfect vehicle for creating a rich, interactive experience with little to no programming necessary. I have since created multiple chatbots for business as well as full-length games in the form of Interactive Fiction (known in some parts as Choose Your Own Adventure).

Today, my specialty lies in "breathing life" into chatbots - giving them a personality, a voice, and a "realness" that sets my chatbots apart from boring, by-the-numbers bots. I also specialize in:

* Creating interactive mock-ups
* Designing conversation flows
* Creating GIF/videos of chatbot interactions (great for presentations!)
* Creating "biographies" and background stories for chatbots
