I love serving the public with exceptional customer service. I find that people really appreciate a human touch when it comes to the service industry. Every so often, I am mistaken for an automated answering service and the relief that I hear when the caller realizes I’m a real person is remarkable. It is always a fulfilling experience whenever a customer thanks me for helping them solve their problems.
I have extensive experience assisting various companies with top notch customer service since 2008. I have graduated from the Community College of Baltimore County with experience in Administrative Assistance. I have also worked at the college as a front desk receptionist after graduating. I have worked for a City Entity as an Office Support Specialist for the past two years. I am proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
Monday Through Friday (6pm-10pm)
Weekends (7am-7pm)

Pay rate: $20 per hour
Non-refundable Convenience Fee: $20
