Prior to freelancing, I have worked in the Industrial/Energy and Transportation industry for the past 7 years in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Also have some experience in the residential sector. All doing 2D and 3D design/drafting in multiple disciplines (Structural, Electrical, and Civil). Also competent in 3D Scanning (on site and in office registration for point cloud/3D model conversion). I also run my own practice in creating 2D drawing packages and 3D models of custom homes for local clients called SBD design.

During the past 7 years, I have grown to really enjoy drafting and consider it a fine craft and always find ways of improving my skill set, always finding way to get better and experimenting with new ideas. That is why I am considered to be very dependable, known to put in all of my effort in satisfying the client's needs, and also bring in some creativity. Because, I love drafting and design. I have worked in many fields, therefore I am comfortable in working a little outside of my boundaries and am very flexible with hours as I am available nearly fulltime to work.

Hours of Operation:
7 Days a week (8am-8pm PST)
Payment Terms:
$22/hour but flexible to be paid lump sum per project
