A computer engineer, I graduated in 2001 and obtained a diploma in Information Technology in 2011. I began my career in technical support at several companies, including IBM and OTT (Orascom Training and Technology), where I provided technical support and assistance to IT users.

Through my professional development, I became Head of the Systems Department, where I managed a team of engineers and administrative staff. I then became a Systems Manager, where I was responsible for planning and implementing systems and infrastructure projects for companies.

Since 2019, I have been working as a freelancer, working as a website designer using WordPress, and also creating online stores using WooCommerce and dropshipping.

I have used my IT experience to improve the visibility of websites in search engines by optimizing their SEO and linking them to Google Search Console and Google Merchant.

In addition, I have experience and skills in digital marketing, where I implement online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract more potential customers. I utilize social media, digital advertising, web analytics, and other tools and technologies to achieve digital marketing goals.
