Communication:
I am available for communication via chat, or video calls. I ensure prompt responses and regular updates on the project's progress.
Project Scope & Timeline:
Before starting any project, I will clearly define the scope and timeline in consultation with you. Any changes to the scope may affect the delivery date and cost, and these will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
Revisions:
I offer unlimited based on the initial brief. Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges.
Payment:
Payment is typically split into two parts: [50%] upfront before work begins and the remaining [50%] upon project completion. For smaller projects, full payment can be made upon delivery.
I accept payments through [PayPal, etc.]. All payments must be made in [currency, e.g., USD].
Delivery & Files:
Final deliverables will be provided in [format, e.g., PNG, JPEG, PSD, etc.] as agreed upon. Source files will be provided upon request.
I aim to deliver high-quality work on or before the agreed deadline.
Confidentiality:
All client information and project details will be kept confidential. I am happy to sign an NDA if required.
Ownership & Rights:
Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final designs. I reserve the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation & Refunds:
If you need to cancel the project, please notify me as soon as possible. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the work completed.
