Project Scope & Initial Consultation: Before starting any project, I provide a free initial consultation to understand your specific needs, objectives, and the scope of work. This ensures that we are aligned and sets the foundation for a successful collaboration.

Communication: I believe in clear and consistent communication. I am available via Guru’s messaging platform, to discuss project updates, progress, and any questions you may have.

Timeline: I commit to delivering high-quality work within agreed-upon deadlines. Timelines will be clearly outlined at the start of the project, and any changes will be communicated promptly.

Revisions: I offer up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost to ensure that the final deliverable meets your expectations and aligns with your business goals.

Confidentiality: Your business information and project details are treated with the utmost confidentiality. I am happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.

Payment Terms: Payments are to be made via Guru's SafePay system. I typically work on a milestone-based payment structure, with payments released upon the completion of each agreed-upon milestone. A deposit may be required upfront, depending on the project’s scope.

Client Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is my top priority. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with the work delivered, I will work with you to address any issues promptly.
