dedicated to surpass your expectation
I’m a passionate construction professional and project manager with a hands-on journey rooted deeply in Kenya’s infrastructure development. My career began in the Materials Testing and Research Division at the Mombasa Regional Laboratory, where I spent nearly two years in the field, getting my hands dirty and my boots dusty — from analyzing soil samples in Kwale to performing concrete tests for projects in Kilifi and at the port of Mombasa. This grounding in the basics taught me that the strength of any great structure starts beneath the surface.
Over the years, I’ve worn many hats — Site Supervisor, Earthworks Foreman, Site Agent, and now a Facilities Officer at ABSA Bank Headquarters. I’ve led housing developments like Buxton Point, contributed to industrial projects like Taifa Gas SEZ, and helped bring clean water to communities in Mwingi North through the Kamuwongo–Kakunike–Kwa Nguru–Itivanzou project. Each site, each drawing, and every challenge has shaped the way I approach work: with integrity, focus, and a commitment to results.
What drives me most is the belief that construction is more than buildings — it’s about building trust, communities, and a better future. I value excellence, dependability, and innovation — principles that I’m carrying forward as I build my own construction company, Eitan Developers Ltd, aimed at restoring quality and accountability in the industry.
Outside work, I find balance through creativity and faith. I enjoy sketching architectural concepts, exploring new construction software, and occasionally designing churches — always keeping the altar center-stage, quite literally. I also value time for reflection, a good read on project management, and moments shared with family and friends.
My story is still being built — one project, one plan, and one purpose at a time.
