Sandeep is a very talented senior engineer who leads a team of 15 engineers in Pune, India. He is polite, diligent, works well with our development team and puts customer satisfaction as a top priority. With our permission, Sandeep assigned Rohit to this project. Rohit has good NodeJS experience and he was able to pick up the basics of Loopback framework quickly. He is willing to seek support from his colleagues when he faces a new challenge and then to work through the implementation. His documentation and written communications are very clear and he participates in our standup meetings by Zoom videoconference.
