As a strategic HR partner to the business, I build strong relationships
with key stakeholders.
• Identify talent gaps and I develop talent management strategies
supporting business objectives.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives which include employee
surveys, FGC and take corrective actions to ensure a high level of
employee satisfaction and retention.
• Worked on success planning and have groomed managers to the
next level through specific coaching interventions partnering with
external mentors.
• Facilitated training programs based on the skill gap analysis
conducted with the key stakeholders
• Formulate policies and procedures in line with business values and
objectives besides ensuring compliance of legal and regulatory
requirements.
• Partner with the TA team to support recruitment efforts including
developing JDs, culture-fit interviews.
• Educating employees and managers on the PMS process and
ensure adherence to goal-setting exercise.
• Monitor HR metrics and analyze trends to identify areas of
improvement.
